By accessing or using Reputo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a business owner or authorized representative to use Reputo. By registering, you represent that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Generate fake or misleading reviews
• Use the platform to spam or harass
• Abuse the AI system beyond fair usage limits
• Violate the terms of service of review platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.)
• Reverse engineer or scrape the application

6. Content & Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data and reviews. We require a limited license to process this data for AI generation and analytics. We reserve the right to moderate content that violates our acceptable use policy.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Reputo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
